Elephant Safari (Dhikala & Bijrani Zones)
Elephant Safari is only available for guests staying overnight inside the park (Dhikala or Bijrani Forest Rest Houses).

- Elephant Ride from Dhikuli Village (Outer Forest Area)
- For guests not staying inside the park, an Elephant Ride from Dhikuli Village is a great alternative. This ride operates in the buffer/outer forest area and goes up to the Kosi River.

Terms & Conditions
- All Elephant Safaris and Elephant Rides are conducted strictly as per the rules and permissions of the Jim Corbett Forest Department.
- Elephant Safari inside Dhikala and Bijrani zones is only permitted for guests with confirmed overnight stays inside the park. No exceptions apply.
- Elephant availability, routes, and timings are subject to forest regulations, weather conditions, and animal welfare considerations.
- Safari/ride timings may change or be canceled without prior notice due to administrative or safety reasons.
- Guests must carry valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, etc.) at the time of the safari/ride.
- Seating capacity per elephant is fixed and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances.
- Children must be accompanied by adults. The Forest Department reserves the right to deny participation if safety norms are not met.
- No guarantee of wildlife sightings is provided, as animals move freely in their natural habitat.
- Consumption of alcohol, smoking, loud behavior, or any act disturbing wildlife is strictly prohibited.
- Tour My Corbett acts as a booking facilitator only and is not responsible for decisions taken by the Forest Department.
Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability and Forest Department approval.
- Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
- Elephant Safari bookings cannot be processed without confirmed inside-park accommodation (for Dhikala/Bijrani).
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice as per Forest Department revisions.
Cancellation Policy
- Once booked, Elephant Safari and Elephant Ride bookings are generally non-cancellable, as permissions are issued directly by the Forest Department.
- Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing (email/WhatsApp) and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- No cancellation or modification is allowed within 48 hours of the safari/ride date.
- No refund will be provided for: Late arrival or no-show
- Partial utilization of the service
- Denial of entry due to invalid ID or non-compliance with rules
Refund Policy
- Refunds, if applicable, are entirely dependent on Forest Department approval.
- In case of cancellation by the Forest Department due to:
Natural calamities
Weather conditions
Administrative or safety reasons - The refund (if permitted) will be processed after deducting applicable service charges.
No refund will be issued if:
- The safari/ride is canceled due to guest negligence
- The guest fails to meet eligibility or documentation requirements
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
