- Similar category accommodation will be arranged if the selected resort is unavailable.

- Room upgrades are chargeable and subject to availability.
- Standard hotel check-in is generally 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
- Guest names and age details must match valid government-issued ID proof.
- Triple sharing rooms may include an extra mattress.

- Additional charges due to revisions in government fees or taxes shall be payable by the guest.

- We shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, force majeure events, natural disasters, strikes, road closures, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Any additional government charges introduced after booking shall be payable by the guest.
- Legal jurisdiction shall remain under the competent courts of Nainital, Uttarakhand.
