Complete your check-in formalities and take some time to freshen up. After lunch, you have the option to explore nearby attractions at your own pace—visit the fascinating Dhangarhi Museum, the serene Hanuman Temple, or the sacred Garjia Devi Temple. Thrilling Canter Safari and Optional Village Visit

Rise early to witness a beautiful sunrise before preparing for your adventurous safari experience. Transfer to Ramnagar for the much-anticipated Canter Safari. Embark on an exciting 5-hour exploration of the Dhikala zone starting at 6:30 AM, where you can spot diverse wildlife in their natural habitat. After returning to the resort, enjoy a hearty lunch and some relaxation. In the afternoon, opt for an optional visit to a nearby village to immerse yourself in local culture and the tranquil surroundings of the Corbett jungle.   • Accommodation will be provided in base category rooms across all hotels.
  • Any request for room upgrades will incur additional charges payable directly at the hotel.
  • Standard check-in time is 12:00 noon, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
  • Please provide accurate ages of all passengers at the time of booking. Incorrect age details may lead to penalties during travel.
  • If the specified hotel is unavailable, a similar standard hotel will be provided.
  • For groups of three, one room with an extra mattress will be arranged.
  • Any changes to government taxes, hotel rates, or safari charges will be communicated via email or phone prior to your travel date.
  • The company is not liable for accidents, loss, theft, or damage to luggage during the tour.
  • Itinerary and safari schedules may be altered due to operational needs or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation, No-Show & Early Departure Policy:

In case of cancellation or postponement, please notify us in writing. Cancellation charges apply from the date your written request is received:

  • More than 30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour cost
  • 15 to 29 days before: 30% of total package cost
  • 7 to 14 days before: 40% of total package cost
  • 2 to 6 days before: 50% of total package cost
  • Less than 48 hours or no-show: No refund
  • Note: Jeep Safari and Canter Safari charges are non-refundable.
  • In peak seasons or during festivals (Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year), separate cancellation policies apply and will be communicated accordingly.
  • If your safari booking fails due to technical issues or seat unavailability, a full refund will be processed directly to your bank account with prior communication.
Our Liabilities & Limitations :
  • Any government-imposed increases in permit fees, taxes, fuel, or guide charges after finalizing your booking will be charged extra.
  • We are not responsible for disruptions due to force majeure events like strikes, weather, festivals, overbookings, or government restrictions. While we strive to provide alternatives, refunds or compensation for such events are not guaranteed.
  • Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nainital.
