- Resort check-in and check-out timings are as per hotel policy.
- Government revisions in permit fees or taxes, if applicable, shall be payable by the traveler.
- Similar category accommodation may be arranged if the selected resort is unavailable.

- Accommodation will be provided in the selected room category.
- Room upgrades are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Standard hotel check-in is generally 12:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM.
- Guest details must match valid government-issued identification.
- Triple occupancy may include one extra mattress.
- Safari schedules and itinerary may change due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or applicable regulations.
- Additional government charges introduced after booking shall be payable by the traveler.

- Jeep Safari permit charges are non-refundable as per applicable regulations.
- Separate cancellation policies may apply during festival periods and peak travel seasons.

- Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
- Jeep Safari permits, tourism zone allocation, guide assignment, and safari schedules are governed by applicable regulations and permit availability.
- We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by weather conditions, natural events, road closures, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Any increase in government fees after booking shall be payable by the traveler.
- Legal jurisdiction shall remain under the competent courts of Nainital, Uttarakhand.
