- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural events, road closures, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Any increase in government fees after booking shall be payable by the traveler.
- Legal jurisdiction shall remain under the competent courts of Nainital, Uttarakhand.
