Start your day early with tea before proceeding for a guided Jeep Safari in the designated tourism zone of the Corbett landscape, subject to permit availability and forest department regulations. Accompanied by an experienced naturalist, explore the region's rich biodiversity, scenic forest trails, and diverse wildlife habitat. Wildlife sightings may include deer, elephants, birds, and other native species, depending on weather conditions and natural movement patterns.After the safari, return to the resort for breakfast.   • 2. Tours must be booked at least 2 days prior to your travel date.
Terms & conditions :
  • Accommodation will be provided in base category rooms across all hotels.
  • Any request for room upgrades will incur additional charges payable directly at the hotel.
  • Standard check-in time is 12:00 noon, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
  • Please provide accurate ages of all passengers at the time of booking. Incorrect age details may lead to penalties during travel.
  • If the specified hotel is unavailable, a similar standard hotel will be provided.
  • For groups of three, one room with an extra mattress will be arranged.
  • Any changes to government taxes, hotel rates, or safari charges will be communicated via email or phone prior to your travel date.
  • The company is not liable for accidents, loss, theft, or damage to luggage during the tour.
  • Itinerary and safari schedules may be altered due to operational needs or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation, No-Show & Early Departure Policy:

In case of cancellation or postponement, please notify us in writing. Cancellation charges apply from the date your written request is received:

  • More than 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of total tour cost
  • 15 to 29 days prior: 30% of total tour cost
  • 7 to 14 days prior: 40% of total tour cost
  • 02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost.
  • Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND.

    • Note:Jeep Safari & Canter Safari amount are non refundable.

Our Liabilities & Limitations:
  • Any government-imposed increases in permit fees, taxes, fuel, or guide charges after finalizing your booking will be charged extra.
  • We are not responsible for disruptions due to force majeure events like strikes, weather, festivals, overbookings, or government restrictions. While we strive to provide alternatives, refunds or compensation for such events are not guaranteed.
  • Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nainital.
