Arrival & Evening Jeep Safari

Arrive at the resort and complete check-in formalities. After some leisure time, proceed for a guided Jeep Safari in the designated tourism zone, subject to permit availability and applicable forest department regulations. Explore the natural landscapes, forests, and wildlife habitats of the Corbett landscape while accompanied by an experienced guide. Return to the resort for dinner and overnight stay.

Morning Jeep Safari & Departure

Begin your day with an early morning guided Jeep Safari in the allocated tourism zone. Visitors may have opportunities to observe wildlife, birdlife, and forest ecosystems depending on season, weather conditions, and animal movement. Return to the resort for breakfast, check out, and continue your onward journey with memorable wildlife experiences.

The 01 Night & 02 Days Corbett plan has been crafted for wildlife enthusiasts and nature admirers who want to experience the area’s abundant flora and fauna up close.

Note :
  • 1. The package is not applicable for long weekends, festive holidays, Christmas or New Year.
  • 2. Tours must be booked at least 2 days prior to your scheduled travel date.
Terms & conditions :
  • Accommodation will be provided in base category rooms across all hotels.
  • Any request for room upgrades will incur additional charges payable directly at the hotel.
  • Standard check-in time is 12:00 noon, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
  • Please provide accurate ages of all passengers at the time of booking. Incorrect age details may lead to penalties during travel.
  • If the specified hotel is unavailable, a hotel of similar standard will be provided.
  • For groups of three, one room with an extra mattress will be arranged.
  • Any changes to government taxes, hotel rates, or safari charges will be communicated by email or phone prior to your travel date.
  • The company is not liable for accidents, loss, theft, or damage to luggage during the tour.
  • Itinerary and safari schedules may be altered due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure :

If you need to cancel or postpone your tour for any reason, please notify us in writing. Cancellation charges are effective from the date we receive your written request. The following policy applies:

  • More than 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the total tour cost
  • 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total tour cost
  • 7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 40% of the total tour cost
  • 2 to 6 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total tour cost
  • Less than 48 hours or no-show: No refund
  • Jeep Safari & Canter Safari charges are non-refundable.
  • In case of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided.
  • Any revisions in government taxes, hotel charges, or safari charges will be informed by mail or phone before the travel date.
  • Important Note : If your safari is not confirmed due to technical issues or seat unavailability, we will refund the full safari amount to your bank account after due communication.
  • Peak Season : For peak periods (Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year) separate cancellation terms may apply which will be communicated as needed.
  • Our Liabilities & Limitations : Any increase in permit fees, taxes, fuel, or guide charges after booking will be charged extra.
  • Force majeure events (strikes, weather, festivals, overbookings, travel restrictions, etc.) may affect the itinerary; while we will attempt alternatives, we are not liable for refunds/compensation arising from such events.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

  • Jim Corbett Online - Tour My Corbett Travel Agency. accepts payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, Razorpay, and Direct Bank Deposit. Please ensure payments are made only to official company accounts.
  • Travelers agree to bear all applicable taxes, surcharges, and fees.
